Enforcement of rules

If a problem arises that requires either the author of mattfast1 - the fast one or any other party to bring legal action, all involved parties agree that all suits shall be served in the city of Denver in the State of Colorado, United States of America. Under no circumstances shall ANY travel or legal fees be reimbursed by mattfast1 - the fast one, unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, including the city and state of choice.

A special note for the Board of Smartness

The owners of this site have decided that the board will become a separate, sister site rather than integrated with this one, which is why it now appears under "affiliates". This board is a work of fiction, and nothing posted is intended to damage anyone or their reputation. If this board should do so, please, feel free to complain to an administrator, and we will launch an investigation into the matter. However, since we are one of the many, many groups who stand for free speech and the right of an individual to have their own opinions, we will not stop someone from expressing their views. Wait... hang on... I've just been notified that this site has been added to the blacklist on all Chinese firewalls. Oh well, that's what you get for allowing people to express themselves.
