The Room's Information

General Information

The Room where all the magic takes place is located in a house. No, it's not in my parent's basement! Well, OK, so it is now. It used to consist of the entire top floor of my parent's house in Centennial, Colorado, which is a suburb of Denver. The Room has housed such notable people as Sho, Lauren, Jeff, and many many others who contributed in their tiny little ways to the development of this site.

So, what does this have to do with me

Probably nothing. However, you probably either came here from the "About the Site" page, or you came here from the page housing Sho's Starwars animation. A quick fact: the awesome imperial march in that animation? That was recorded right here in The Room, on Sho's laptop. This Room has spawned many things that the world as a whole can look back upon with regret and sorrow, but none more influential and such to the human race than this website. That's right, the entire website was created in this very Room, and continues to be updated from such. That's probably the biggest impact upon you: The continued existance of the site is facilitated though the Room.

Who inhabits the Room regularly?

The Room is inhabited by Matt. Once every few years, he decides to awaken from the Room, go forth and forage, and return home to run his web site. When the comment spams get really bad, he generally goes homicidal on some arse, which explains all the disappearing spammers. This isn't really the time or place to tell you about this, though. That's more for the "About Me" page, which you'll find on the left side of the page. Jerk.

Why does this page exist?

This page is a tribute to the Room of Doom, which is its full name when pronouced in American. Want that in some other language, perhaps? Well, use a translator. If there's one thing I really hate, it's people asking me for a translation to something that's written in a foreign language, only to be pissed off when I cannot provide them with a translation. So stop calling me. Stop emailing me. I can't help you. There are quite a few good sites out there; perhaps I'll had them to the links page sometime when I get bored.
